- Maintenance and quality assurance of Jira and portfolio data
- Reconciliation of Jira with financial tracking (SOW, PO, forecast, commitments, spend)
- Preparation of weekly management and portfolio reporting
- Maintenance and governance of RAID, action, and decision logs
- Coordination and follow-up of actions, updates, milestones, and risks
- Planning and execution of delivery forums, including agendas, materials, and follow-up
- Coordination of collaboration across internal teams and external partners
- Management of year-end close-out and portfolio handover
Qualification:
- Strong PMO and project coordination expertise across multiple initiatives
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through
- Advanced Jira, Excel, portfolio tracking, and reporting skills
- Strong RAID, milestone, action, and dependency management
- Confident stakeholder coordination and driving action closure
- Experience in financial tracking, forecasting, and data quality management
- Ability to consolidate complex information into clear, management-ready portfolio views
