Job Opportunity: Groundskeeper
Are you a meticulous and dependable team player that takes pride in maintaining clean, safe and well-kept facilities? We invite you to join our KAAPA team as a Groundskeeper at our Minden location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform mowing and grounds maintenance at the assigned location
- Operate, maintain, and perform basic repairs on grounds and maintenance equipment
- Assist with harvest activities as needed
- Support general maintenance and painting projects
- Provide backup support to the logistics department, including:
- Loading trucks
- Loading railcars
- Running the scale
Working Hours:
- Monday- Friday 8am- 4:30pm with additional hours as required during harvest and as required throughout the year
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi‑task and manage scheduling needs
- Ability to safely operate and drive a company vehicle
- Willingness to assist across departments as needed
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to others and work well as a team
- Basic computer experience
