Our Goal
We aim to drive sales and revenue in our assigned territories while reviewing operational business regularly. This includes forecasting, inventory management, and order backlogs with distributors/installers and project developers. We coordinate customer support hand-in-hand with logistics, product management, offer management, and marketing teams.
Your Tasks
- Drive sales and revenue in assigned territories
- Review operational business regularly, including forecast, inventory, and order backlog
- Coordinate customer support with logistics, product management, offer management, and marketing
- Monitor and track KPIs to evaluate performance of customers
- Establish good rapport with customers at all levels through frequent visits
- Prompt and periodic reporting using Customer-Relationship-Management-Tools or other similar databases
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Completed studies in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (bachelor or master)
- Solid experience in the solar photovoltaic industry, ideally with solar/hybrid inverters desired
- Experience in key account and product management advantageous
- Experience in managing sales channels with distributors, EPC, and installers
- High proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems/SAP
- Good command of Dutch and English language; German is a plus
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Residence in the Netherlands
- Driving license class B and willingness to travel
