Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Engineer for the Netherlands. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue in your assigned territory. You will review operational business regularly, including forecasting, inventory management, and order backlogs with distributors/installers and project developers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and installers
- Provide exceptional customer support and service
- Monitor and track KPIs to evaluate performance of customers
- Contribute to the development of sales materials and marketing campaigns
Your Ideal Background
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Completed studies in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (bachelor or master)
- Solid experience in the solar photovoltaic industry, ideally with solar/hybrid inverters desired
- Experience in key account and product management advantageous
- Experience in managing sales channels with distributors, EPC, and installers
- High proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems/SAP
- Good command of Dutch and English language; German is a plus
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Residence in the Netherlands
- Driving license class B and willingness to travel
