Working with new raw materials and formulations is part of our everyday business.Your tasksIndependent process controls in accordance with HACCP concepts as well as internal and legal requirementsEnsuring compliance with the standard requirements of the current IFS Food Certification StandardSampling during the ongoing production process and after cleaningVerification of line and production controlsIndependent testing of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, as well as their packagingndependent, continuous verification of cleaning workYour profileCompleted vocational training in the food sector (e.g., butcher, food technology specialist, cook, meat sales associate) or a comparable qualification, or career changers with professional experience in quality assurance or cleaning supervisionIdeally, initial professional experience and background knowledge of food and industrial cleaningStrong sense of hygieneConfident user of MS OfficeAssertiveness, initiative, and organizational skillsTeam-oriented and responsible way of workingBenefitsA friendly work environment within a family-owned company with pleasant and manageable teamsFlat hierarchies with an open feedback culture and direct lines of communicationThe opportunity to grow and actively shape things
