You actively support our sales team in growing our customer base by making qualified first contacts, approaching potential new customers by phone and generating meetings for our sales team. Your focus is clearly on telephone cold calling, lead qualification and consistent, clean follow-up in the CRM.
With our core competencies, we cover a broad range of services:
- Consultancy: analysis of and advice on all kinds of IT requirements
- Application development: custom apps, applications and interfaces tailored to customer needs
- ERP & CRM systems: digitalisation solutions for sales, manufacturing, warehousing, finance, sales & marketing (key focus: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Sales)
- Infrastructure: sale, installation, configuration, maintenance and support of hardware and network systems
Your responsibilities with us:
- Qualifying leads and arranging initial meetings
- Arranging qualified initial meetings for our sales team
- Identifying needs and carrying out an initial qualification of leads in conversation
- Consistent follow-up of open leads and contacts by telephone, email and other channels
- Maintaining and updating contact and opportunity data in the CRM
- Clean handover of qualified meetings and relevant conversation information to field sales
Your profile:
- Enjoyment of customer contact by phone and no fear of cold calling
- Several years of experience in telephone cold calling, telesales, inside sales or lead generation
- Strong communication skills, quick thinking and a professional manner
- A structured, careful and disciplined way of working, especially when maintaining the CRM and following up
- Very good German skills, spoken and written (English skills an advantage)
- Experience with CRM systems an advantage
