Your tasks

  • Acceptance of orders from our international customers in close cooperation with our area managers.
  • Checking of orders with regard to availability on the requested date, order confirmations and invoicing.
  • Preparation of all necessary export documents for our international customers and partners.
  • Preparation of the necessary customs and foreign trade documents, also by means of electronic data interchange.
  • Independent correspondence with our branches and forwarding agencies.
  • Transport planning and coordination of our machines in your area of responsibility.

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training.
  • Professional experience in order, export, customs processing and customer support.
  • Confident use of MS Office applications and an ERP system.
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, is a prerequisite.
  • Agricultural, agricultural engineering knowledge is desirable.
  • A high level of commitment, organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure as well as customer-oriented thinking round off your profile.
