Job Description
Lead and drive the decarbonisation R&D program as Technology Expert Decarbonisation, combining deep technical expertise with strong conceptual thinking.
Act as the principal expert for the assessment and development of the decarbonisation technology portfolio.
Contribute actively to decarbonisation R&D projects, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
Provide technical leadership to a small team of R&D engineers, with potential for future team leadership responsibilities.
Support system-level problem solving through both high-level conceptual understanding and deep technical analysis.
Collaborate across teams and stakeholders in a dynamic and uncertain R&D environment.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline required.
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience in engineering, R&D, or decarbonisation-related fields.
Strong expertise in decarbonisation technologies and R&D environments.
Proven ability to combine strategic/conceptual thinking with detailed technical problem solving.
Experience leading or mentoring technical engineering teams.
Hands‑on experience managing or contributing to complex R&D projects.
Collaborative, self‑driven, and comfortable working autonomously in uncertain environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
