pJob DescriptionbrulliAct as a strategic PC partner to senior leaders, translating business strategy into a scalable people agenda for a global engineering, supply chain, and technology organisation (~900 employees). /liliAdvise on organisational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives, including growth, restructuring, and digitalisation. /liliDrive talent and leadership strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance culture across regions. /liliChampion an inclusive, high-performance culture and lead engagement initiatives aligned with global and hybrid ways of working. /liliEnsure effective employee relations and governance, partnering with local teams and legal stakeholders to maintain compliance, particularly in European labour contexts. /li /ulbrQualificationsbrulliProven HR / People Business Partner experience in complex, international engineering, technology or supply-chain environments (EPC / large technical infrastructure preferred), with a hands-on approach across the full employee lifecycle. /liliProven track record in organisational transformation, change management, and operating within matrix and multicultural structures. /liliStrong strategic mindset combined with commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. /liliSolid knowledge of European labour relations, with exposure to global markets considered an advantage. /liliExcellent stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution. /li /ulbrAdditional InformationbrpFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
