Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liLead the civil engineering scope for Waste-to-X projects within a civil consortium or EPC civil works package. /li liCoordinate civil design interfaces with consortium partners, subcontractors, internal engineering teams, clients, and authorities. /li liManage design activities during procurement and execution phases for civil, structural, geotechnical, architectural, and infrastructure packages. /li liEnsure smooth collaboration between civil engineering disciplines and project stakeholders throughout design and construction. /li liSupport preparation of civil procurement packages, including technical and commercial contract requirements. /li liAssist in contractor negotiations and respond to technical queries during procurement and project execution. /li liReport project progress to project management and operations teams while supporting claim management activities. /li liTravel up to 10% as required for project coordination and execution. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. /li liMinimum 5+ years of experience in EPC, construction, or large industrial projects as a Design Engineer. /li liProven experience delivering projects in Hungary and/or the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, with a strong understanding of local regulations, permitting processes, and industry standards. /li liEstablished professional network and local market knowledge in Hungary are highly desirable. /li liProven project management capabilities; PM certifications are an advantage. /li liStrong knowledge of international civil engineering design and construction codes and standards. /li liExperience with structural design software and 3D BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. /li liExcellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. /li liAssertive and decisive personality with experience working in remote and multicultural teams. /li liFluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
