Your Responsibilities: * Design and implement operational best practices based on ITIL * Define and develop operating models for shared services provided in projects globally * Enable our DevOps and technical support units to maintain products and platforms and contribute to the company’s cloud adoption * Support international bids with the elaboration of operational concepts/requirements and cost calculation * Contribute to architectural blueprints to achieve a stable, secure, and scalable platform * Drive the onboarding of Operational Tools and Services, in collaboration with respective business owners * Oversee requirement capture, prioritization, testing, communication and deployment * Negotiate with and monitor potential sub-contractors Your Profile: * At least 10 years of experience in Service Operations with a deep understanding of ITIL best practices (certifications are an asset) * Strong understanding of SAFe principles and agile methodologies including source control, iterative development, and rapid prototyping. * Able to lead tasks and efforts in a global support environment across multiple time zones and regions * Endurance to drive technological changes * A structured and independent way of working with excellent communication and presentation skills in a multi-cultural environment * English fluency * Good written and oral German Our offer * We have a unique corporate culture, driven by family tradition since 1892.
