Responsibilities
- Develop and design comprehensive training modules that shift the sales approach from product-oriented to solution-oriented, incorporating digital tools and methods.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and certification programs.
- Work closely with sales teams to tailor training based on specific market needs, customer profiles, and sales challenges.
- Align training offerings with commercial goals to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure that training programs significantly improve customer satisfaction.
- Promote the adoption and understanding of AI, robotics, and other digital technologies within the training programs.
- Stay at the forefront of sales and training methods as well as digital technology trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success.
Your Talents
- At least 10 years of experience in a sales and training role with a focus on solution-oriented selling.
- Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in a technology-driven environment, preferably with AI or robotics.
- Proven experience as a sales or training consultant in the Medtech or software industry.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in sales.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver training programs that are both educational and inspiring.
- Fluency in English is essential (C2 level), additional languages are a plus.
