Your Mission
- You will be responsible for upstream product management of Digital Robotics & Digital Surgery software solutions, including imaging-related and device-related digital software solutions for surgical applications.
- You will also be tasked with developing and executing strategies for the entire Digital Surgery portfolio, ensuring alignment with market and customer needs, and managing the overall digital solutions roadmap.
- Another key part of your role will be to coordinate and ensure alignment of Digital Surgery solutions with digital solutions and platforms, such as enterprise workflow management software and digital platforms.
- You will drive collaboration with adjacent product management and marketing departments, such as OR1 / Integration, Imaging and other Specialty Business areas.
- Supporting the clinical marketing strategy and ensuring the generation of clinical data for Digital Surgery products will be part of your role.
- Part of your responsibilities will be to foster collaboration with external partners and suppliers to promote technological advancement and innovation.
- You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs and trends.
Your Talents
- Master of Science, Master of Economics, Master of Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 8 years of management experience in this or a similar position.
- Strong collaborative skills in an international environment and communication skills as you will be interacting with different stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus.
- 30% willingness to travel.
