Vor Kurzem wurde KARL LAGERFELD JEANS gelauncht. Es hat ebenfalls seinen Sitz in Amsterdam und ist das Geschäftsfeld, das am schnellsten wächst.

Position purpose

The Stockroom Manager is responsible for managing the back of house and shop floor operations, including deliveries, transfers, Farfetch, and stockroom organization, ensuring all stock management HOK procedures are followed. The supervisor also has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment.

Key accountabilities

• Stock Management
• Ensure all deliveries, transfers, and returns are processed and managed on the POS system.
• Inform the Store Manager of any delivery/stock discrepancies and follow up with Retail support.
• Ensure Farfetch orders are processed daily and KPI targets are achieved.
• File paperwork correctly according to House of Karl procedures.
• Prioritize deliveries based on style/product group turnover, peak trading times, and promotions.
• Manage stock team, ensuring efficient communication and training.
• Process defective items and customer returns.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager about stock needed for full product availability.
• Maintain a tidy and organized stockroom and shop floor storage with a clear system in place.
• Be aware of best and slow sellers and ensure these are easily accessible in the stock room.
• Ensure efficient replenishment on shop floor at all times.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the product (sizes, colors, styles, etc.).
• Stay informed about product availabilities and reorder dates.
• Liaise with Merchandising team about product needs.
• Ensure that aisles are safe.
• Ensure that the stockroom is safe.
• Take action if other associates act in an unsafe manner.
• Follow all procedures for loss prevention.
• Take action to reduce shrink (cycle inventories, correct and complete security tagging).
• Treat all associates and customers with respect.

• Drive sales
• Possess good knowledge of the business to provide growth in sales.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager about stock needed for full product availability.
• Maintain a tidy and organized stockroom and shop floor storage with a clear system in place.
• Be aware of the best and slow sellers and ensure these are easily accessible in the stock room.
• Ensure efficient replenishment on shop floor at all times.

• Product knowledge
• Possess outstanding knowledge of the product to support store operations.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the product (sizes, colors, styles, etc.).
• Stay informed about product availabilities and reorder dates.
• Liaise with Merchandising team about product needs.
• Ensure that aisles are safe.
• Ensure that the stockroom is safe.
• Take action if other associates act in an unsafe manner.
• Follow all procedures for loss prevention.

Profile

• Previous experience in this role in a fashion retail store required.
• Sales skills.
• Understanding of fabrics.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Flexible attitude and a hands-on approach.
• Driven and performance-oriented in a sales setting.
• Team player.
• Experience with Farfetch is a plus.
