Responsible for project controlling andadministrativemanagementofthird-party funded projects .
Provide proactive guidance toscientificproject leaders on financial and administrative matters.
Prepare compliant financialreports (e.g., EU, FFG, FWF) in line with funder rules, internal policies, and national regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits ;maintain audit-ready documentation and oversee follow-uto implement improvements.
Design and refine post-award processes
and internal controlsfor third-party funds.
Develop and maintain reporting tools
to enhance data quality and KPIs.
Serve as the primary post-award contact for funding agencies and consortium partners;collaborate withpre-award andlegalcolleagueson budgeting and contractual compliance.
