Quality Assurance and Quality Management Officer (Food Chemistry/Food Safety) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• food chemistry and regulatory assessment of raw materials and marketable goods
• Sensory and chemical quality control
• Support with complaint handling
• Specification management
• Involvement in the implementation and continuous improvement of existing QA/QM systems
• Support with internal and external audits and site inspections
• Document management, such as the creation of controlled documents and flowcharts

Qualifications:

• A degree in food chemistry, food and hygiene engineering, quality management (food industry) or equivalent training or a comparable degree
• Ideally, professional experience in a similar role
• Additional qualifications: Practical knowledge of IFS Food or comparable standards, as well as HACCP
• A structured, conscientious and independent approach to work
• Ability to work as part of a team and a strong sense of responsibility
• Very good written and spoken German
