USER EXPERIENCE You’ll conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points and behaviours. Last but not least you’ll develop prototypes (supported by our engineering team) and conduct usability testing to refine service designs. PRODUCT OWNERSHIP You’ll take on end-to-end ownership for initiatives from the initial concept through to rollout. You’ll also conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform build or buy decisions. Supporting the service owner in prioritizing initiatives based on business value, you’ll handle user demands and technical feasibility. Finally, you’ll contribute to the product backlog including writing comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria. Experience Your areas of knowledge and expertise That matter most for this role: * Proven practical experience as UX Designer (preferable for cloud-based services) * Experience in domain driven design (DDD) principles and applying its methods and tools * Degree in design or media technology with several years of relevant experience * Fluent in English, German is a plus * Experience in design thinking, requirement engineering and its methods to bridge the gap between business and our technology department * Understanding of Product Ownership and how to improve services * Communicative team player with an analytical mind-set willing to take responsibility and drive topics * (Optional) Understanding of software engineering to drive the design and implementation of solutions with development teams following agile methodologies throughout the entire lifecycle * 0-10 JOIN THE TEAM Got what it takes?
