To strengthen our Human Resources Team, we are looking for an HRIS Specialist who is motivated to work with our experts and managers in the global HRIS Team. You’ll act as interface between HR and IT department, developing processes and solution based on the most advanced technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with: HR PROCESSES AND TOOLS In this role, you’ll maintain and further develop HR processes and tools in your area of responsibility under the coordination of your manager. SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT You’ll also act as first point of contact for questions related to your area of responsibility. You’ll ensure incidents coordination and resolution, in collaboration with the IT department. CHANGE MANAGEMENT On the other hand, you’ll manage enhancement projects and change requests, according to Red Bull methodology and standards. DOCUMENTATION & TRAINING Last but not least, you’ll maintain tool and process documentation. You’ll also provide on-demand trainings for HRIS and HR colleagues. Experience Your areas of knowledge and expertise That matter most for this role: * Minimum 3 years of professional experience as HRIS specialist, preferably gained in international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department. * Knowledge and professional experiences on ideally SAP HR / SuccessFactors or another HR IT system. * University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on IT, HR or any related topics * Experience in project management and application maintenance for organization, ideally with regional or international scope. * Ability to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders. * Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments, including presentation and training skills. * Travel: 0-10 % JOIN THE TEAM Got what it takes?
