Team Lead R&D (f/m/d) – C#, .NET Your Opportunity We are looking for an R&D Team Lead (f/m/d).You will lead our team that is developing our well established BPM Suite product which is used by more than 100 customers. Your Responsibilities * Lead a small R&D team and write good quality code. * Take architectural decisions and deliver items with your team at a reasonable velocity. * Contribute your ideas to the analysis of requirements and conception of new solutions. * Shape and improve our current BPM Suite by adding new features, fixing bugs and refactoring legacy code. * Write code you are proud of, with the help of our coding guidelines. * Develop a modern .NET software product with a well-established team. * Use our modern software technologies: C#, Javascript, Angular. * Work and learn within an agile scrum team setting. Your Background * Profound completed education in the field of IT/software development or similar. * Minimum experience in software development: 5 years. * Experience in development of enterprise software applications. * Leadership experience. * Leadership mindset and ambitions. * Very good skills and experience with C#, Relational Databases, .NET Core. * Experience in Test-Driven-Development and integration tests as an advantage. * Experience with agile, SCRUM based Software Engineering processes. * Good & fluent German and/or English, spoken & written. * High level of independence and good self-organization. * Good analytical, communication & presentation skills.
