As a BDR at Kaseya, you will:
- Be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building pipeline through proactive outreach. You will engage prospective customers across phone, email, and social channels, creating momentum for our Account Executive teams.
- Take ownership of outbound activity, identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying interest, and uncovering commercial opportunities.
- Book and manage high-quality meetings for Account Executives, ensuring strong handover and clear context to support successful sales conversations.
- Develop and refine your messaging, learning how to position Kaseya’s solutions effectively in a competitive SaaS environment.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on target accounts, outreach strategies, and campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline within CRM systems, ensuring visibility and alignment across the team.
- Build a strong understanding of our products, customers, and market positioning, laying the foundation for progression into a closing role.
This role offers:

Requirements:
- 1+ Years experience in a sales, customer-facing or outbound role
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Fluent in German and English Languages

- Confidence in engaging customers and initiating conversations
- A proactive, driven mindset with a strong interest in sales
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Resilient, coachable and motivated by progression and earning potential
