Position

Pflegefachkraft – flexible shifts (part‑time or full‑time) – Standort: Werl, North Rhine‑Westphalia, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Organization of daily routines on the interdisciplinary choose‑care unit.
• Patient care and individual nursing care plans.
• Close collaboration with physicians, therapists and the care team.
• Ensuring patients and their relatives feel well supported and are safe.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits‑ und Krankenpfleger(a) or Krankenschwester(a) (m/w/d).
• Experience in inpatient nursing – especially inter‑disciplinary settings.
• Team spirit, empathy and a sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility and enjoyment of a varied nursing work environment.
