What awaits you\
- Working with colleagues and vendors to ensure ongoing stability of the IT infrastructure at Bonn location
- Provide support of site-specific application support and coordinate with application vendor or owner for escalation and issue resolution
- Provide level 2 support for end user on site specific topics
- Provide high-quality support for VIP users
- Manage and co-ordinate support for Data Center in Bonn
- Support the team and manage small projects as needed
- Ensure adherence to IT security standards
- Prepare and maintain documentation of processes and application support
