Your Role: As the head of our operations in Germany, you will define and execute the business strategy, leading our team to exceed financial, business, and safety objectives. Your primary focus will be on expanding our footprint in Germany, with opportunities to influence our growth across Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive KBR’s business growth by developing strong relationships with key clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Safety and Excellence: Ensure the safe execution of all activities, championing our Zero Harm initiative and maintaining our high standards in health, safety, security, and environmental practices.
• Market Expansion: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, representing KBR in energy forums and industry conferences to enhance our profile.
• Team Development: Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with KBR’s values, mentoring your team to achieve their full potential.

Your Profile:

• Fluent in German, with strong connections in the energy sector.
• Proven experience in leadership roles within the energy market, particularly in general management, Engineering, Project Management and Commercial.
• Proven experience in an international contracting environment within Energy Security and Energy Transition sectors with an appropriate mix of Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and market entry.
• University Degree level education ideally complemented by post-graduate business qualification.
