Title: LCV EUCOM Germany NW IJP: Site Manager Direct and manage assigned site to respond to Government takings, requests for information, requirement changes, and other communications.
Implement and manage operations, processes, programs and plans IAW applicable directives ensuring personnel, resources, life cycle management, training, contingencies, site management, and security meet the AOR requirements as specified by the contract.
The SM shall ensure all personnel are adequately trained.
The SM shall ensure that personnel assigned to all tasks have the requisite knowledge and skills to meet minimum performance requirements and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Required to attend partnering meetings and function as an integral team member of the LOGCAP.
The SM shall attend base logistics, deployment, exercise, safety, weekly staff, production, and force protection meetings as deemed necessary.
Maintain work environments that are safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, and ensure working facilities and areas present a professional atmosphere.
Maintain a culture that supports KBR LOGCAP Quality & Safety culture.
Provide leadership and ensure proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property includes but not limited to government facilities, equipment, tools, information and data.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the team in support of KBR LOGCAP goals.
Qualifications, Experience and
Skills
Essential:6-8 years progressive LOGCAP project leadership experience Experience in Site Manager or General Site Management role.
