Overview
In this role you support the Human Performance program across SOF contexts where a program manager is unavailable. You collaborate with HP leaders to plan and execute training, guidance, and policy recommendations that elevate operator readiness. You design and oversee comprehensive HPA services, ensuring data collection, reporting, and resource management. You work with cross-functional teams and contribute to multi-domain performance initiatives that impact SOF operators and allied personnel.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Plan, develop and synchronize technical training, guidance, and programmatic/policy recommendations
- Secure, protect, and enhance readiness of operators across operations
- Design, implement, document, and oversee human performance services with measurable peak performance outcomes
- Inventory HP supplies, support requisitions, procure maintenance, and evaluate new equipment
- Oversee training and travel of HP staff under your supervision
- Develop and share training materials as requested by HP leadership
- Collect and report data for USSOCOM HQ and POTFF stakeholders
- Document work, utilization, and referrals in the HP Enterprise database (Smartabase, SPEAR)
- Attend and promote interdisciplinary meetings with POTFF staff, medical staff, and chain of command
- Proficiently use required computers, software, and technologies as specified
- Maintain 100% compliance with local mandatory command training requirements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- US Citizenship
- Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum five years of specialized HP experience, preferably continuous
- Experience in collegiate and/or professional athletic environments and multi-domain programming (strength, conditioning, nutrition, team dynamics)
- Current certifications: ATC, CSCS, SCCC, PT, CC-AASP, CSSD or Performance Dietitian (maintenance of one certification required)
- Experience planning and coordinating long- and short-range training and nutrition programs for athletes or SOF operators
- Demonstrated results from HP work in NCAA/Olympic/professional/SOF contexts
