We are recruiting a Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) with strong PMO experience within a complex programme, excellent communication skills, strong programme coordination and administration abilities, and fluent English. Find a full list of the required qualifications below.

This is a fully remote or hybrid role embedded with our client – a Swedish supply chain management company.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting PM’s with planning and management information reporting.
  • Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion.
  • Tracking project progress across the programme.
  • Scheduling and organising all governance meetings, including programme and project boards.
  • Ensuring Governance and controls are put in place and maintained through all stages of delivery.
  • Ensuring programme internal and external comms are delivered in a professional and timely manner.
  • Owning and maintaining RAID logs, action trackers etc. across the programme and projects.
  • Preparing project status reports for management review.
  • Proactive maintenance and review of financial tracking across the programme and highlighting budgetary concerns.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across the Programme.

Requirements and Skills

  • Strong PMO experience within a complex programme.
  • Knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
  • Strong programme coordination and administration abilities.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Fluent English
