Responsibilities:
- Expanding and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand business relationships
- Anticipating/identifying customer requirements and helping to translate them into product requirements
- Dealing with commercial, contractual and legal issues (with support from KEBA experts)
- Preparation and main responsibility for negotiating offers and framework agreements
- Supporting internal order processing through order clarity and escalation management
- Participation in market observation and strategy definition for the Logistics Automation division
You offer:
- Completed business or technical training
- Several years of experience in sales of technical capital goods with IT reference in the industrial B2B environment
- Industry experience in logistics and e-commerce
- Very good communication skills in German and English, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, negotiation skills
