Teamlead Software Development (all genders)

  • You take on the technical responsibility for our software development team.
  • You actively contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and concepts.
  • You play a key role in shaping the entire software development lifecycle—from analysis and design to development and testing.
  • Additionally, you serve as the internal point of contact for all development-related topics at all levels.
  • You continuously evaluate new technologies and ideas, improving the software development processes, including quality assurance.
  • You regularly coordinate timelines and project progress with project managers and product managers, ensuring appropriate prioritization and documentation.
  • Furthermore, you foster the professional development of the team members and the entire team.

You offer:

  • Completed technical education (University, University of Applied Sciences, Technical College, or similar) with a focus on Computer Science, Electronics, or experience in leading software development teams.
  • Experience in technical leadership or mentoring of employees (e.g., as a Lead Developer).
  • Proactive and communicative personality.
  • Strong focus on quality, flexibility, and enthusiasm for innovative solutions.
  • Open, team-oriented communication style with a responsible and independent approach to work.
  • You are flexible, dedicated, and communicative, with a strong sense of teamwork.

Salary:

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum gross salary for young professionals on a full-time basis is EUR 5.000,- / month. The actual salary depends on professional experience and qualifications.
