Teamlead Software Development (all genders)
- You take on the technical responsibility for our software development team.
- You actively contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and concepts.
- You play a key role in shaping the entire software development lifecycle—from analysis and design to development and testing.
- Additionally, you serve as the internal point of contact for all development-related topics at all levels.
- You continuously evaluate new technologies and ideas, improving the software development processes, including quality assurance.
- You regularly coordinate timelines and project progress with project managers and product managers, ensuring appropriate prioritization and documentation.
