Teamlead Software Development (all genders)
You take on the technical responsibility for our software development team.
You actively contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and concepts.
You play a key role in shaping the entire software development lifecycle—from analysis and design to development and testing.
You serve as the internal point of contact for all development-related topics at all levels.
You continuously evaluate new technologies and ideas, improving the software development processes, including quality assurance.
You regularly coordinate timelines and project progress with project managers and product managers, ensuring appropriate prioritization and documentation.
Furthermore, you foster the professional development of the team members and the entire team.
How you convince us
Completed technical education (University, University of Applied Sciences, Technical College, or similar) with a focus on Computer Science, Electronics, or experience in leading software development teams.
Experience in technical leadership or mentoring of employees (e.g., as a Lead Developer).
Proactive and communicative personality.
