To strengthen our finance team at our corporate headquarters in Gräfelfing (near Munich), we are seeking to recruit a Finance Manager, Accounting and Tax (m/f/d) as soon as possible.For this key role, we are looking for an experienced manager who takes initiative, makes sound decisions, and possesses extensive expertise in finance and accounting. You will manage our accounting processes, continuously develop internal control systems, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for management regarding strategic and financial matters. Furthermore, you will provide operational cover for finance team members when necessary and actively participate in day-to-day operations. This includes independently executing postings in the SAP system and performing other accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.Your responsibilitiesResponsibility for accounting (HGB and IFRS standards), taxes, and transfer pricing documentation for the company and its branchesActive participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings as well as tax filings using SAP S/4 HANALeadership and supervision of the accounting teamSupport with budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity managementAnalysis of financial KPIs and preparation of meaningful, transparent reports for managementImplementation of corporate finance strategies, procedures, and tools, taking local corporate culture and practices into accountOptimization and further development of accounting and control processesPoint of contact for external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and tax authoritiesEnsuring compliance with statutory requirementsYour profileMaster’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance; additional qualification as a Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or Auditor is preferred6–8 years of professional experience in monthly financial closing processes, preferably in a leadership role within the finance department of an SME operating internationallyStrong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting standardsProficiency in SAP FI and MS OfficeAnalytical mindset, methodical approach, and strong numerical aptitudeResponsible, reliable, and loyal, with strong communication, team building, and collaborative skillsStrong "hands‑on" mentality and a proactive, ownership‑driven approachExcellent written and spoken German and English skillsWe offerKey responsibilities and autonomy within a successful, growing company that is part of a leading group in the blood plasma industryFlexible working hours and a permanent employment contractA collegial working atmosphere within a highly motivated teamOpportunities for professional developmentAre you interested?
