Our client, a dynamic entity in Europe’s specialty chemicals industry, is expanding its sales leadership team and seeks a results-driven sales leader. This role will be pivotal in propelling growth and increasing market presence across Europe, blending technical knowledge with strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify and seize growth opportunities in European markets.
- Lead initiatives to expand product reach across diverse industrial sectors.
- Develop cooperative strategies to strengthen distributor relationships.
- Engage directly with clients through regular travel within Europe (10-12 days per month).
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales within the chemical industry, with a proven track record.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical science fundamentals.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Success managing multi-national sales territories and various customer types.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to undertake regular travel commitments (10-12 days per month).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary between €100,000 and €150,000.
