Our client, an ambitious player in the European chemical sector, is looking to strengthen their sales leadership team. We’re searching for a strategic sales professional who can spearhead their European market expansion initiatives. This position combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive sustainable growth.
Role Overview:
- Execute market research and analytics to identify growth opportunities in the European market
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with distributors and key accounts
- Drive product adoption across diverse industry segments
- Develop collaborative strategies for distributor partnerships
- European travel required (approximately 10-12 days monthly) for client engagement
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven track record with 10+ years in chemical industry sales
- Strong foundation in chemistry
- Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant discipline
- Demonstrated success managing multi-country sales territories
- Extensive experience across diverse customer segments
- Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems proficiency
- English fluency required, additional European languages advantageous
- Comfort with regular travel commitments (10-12 days monthly)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual compensation: €100,000 – €150,000
