Job Description

• Manage and develop the Controlling department
• Act as deputy to the Commercial Director
• Serve as contact person for operating sites in Germany and abroad
• Implement process optimizations and create process descriptions in Controlling
• Support the management in preparing annual plans and forecasts
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and monitor their implementation
• Prepare analyses and reports to increase profitability, including reporting for major projects
• Determine key figures for internal and external reporting
• Perform investment and expenditure controlling
• Analyze product profitability
• Support the SAP CO module

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of regular education at a university (e.g., Master’s degree)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the Controlling department of an international production company
• Good knowledge of the latest MS Office programs and SAP
• Several years of management experience
• High level of analytical thinking and open communication skills
• Commitment to excellence, independence, and reliability
• Very good English language skills
