As a Recruiting Coordinator (f/m/d) / Talent Acquisition Coordinator (f/m/d), you are part of our People & Culture team and ensure that our recruiting and selection processes run in a structured and efficient way. You are the central point of contact between candidates, hiring teams and People & Culture, and support our recruiting processes from the first application through to the final decision.

Задачи:

• You coordinate and manage our recruiting and selection processes for various positions and departments.
• You manage applications, review incoming applications and ensure they are processed in a structured way in our applicant tracking system, Personio.
• You organize and coordinate interviews and other steps in the selection process, and ensure smooth communication between everyone involved.
• You stay in close contact with our hiring managers, collect internal feedback, coordinate next steps and keep everyone involved up to date.
• You are one of the first points of contact for our candidates and ensure appreciative, transparent and professional communication throughout the entire application process.
• You maintain our recruiting pipelines, keep application statuses up to date and ensure that processes and timelines are followed.
• You contribute your own ideas on how we can continuously improve our recruiting processes, tools and workflows.
• You support the development and maintenance of our talent pool and keep in touch with promising candidates.

Требования:

• You have already gained some professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR or People & Culture.
• You are highly organized, work in a structured way and keep track of things even when managing several recruiting processes in parallel.
• You enjoy communicating professionally with a range of people, both internally and externally.
• You have a good feel for people, are empathetic and understand the importance of a positive candidate experience.
• You work independently, reliably and proactively, and enjoy driving things forward.
• You are digitally savvy.
• You are interested in the creative, communications and agency industries and want to get to know the people behind creative ideas and projects.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.

• Ideally, you have already worked with an applicant tracking system such as Personio;
• Ideally, you are already familiar with different profiles and positions in a creative agency
