We are currently expending our team in order to serve clients in multiple languages. Next to English, we are looking for talented and experienced Account Managers professionals that speak German and Dutch. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for working directly with Kenjo’s customers through a multitude of channels as a valued resource and trusted advisor, helping their business grow. You will strive to deliver helpful and humanly implementation experience through creative problem-solving, a consultative approach, and a deep and thorough knowledge of how Kenjo works. Your main responsibilities will be: Represent with excellence the Kenjo mission and vision to our clients by supporting them in an end-to-end implementation by carrying guided onboardings Go-to Techie advising our customers on software implementations and upscales to maximise the use of our platform features to enable them to have the best possible impact by using Kenjo Listen actively to our clients’ needs and use that knowledge to identify potential upselling opportunities in order to deliver the best customer experience, and independently conducting customer programs (e.g. webinars) Closely collaborate with the Tech & Product teams by gathering and exchanging insights & feedback from customers (e.g. write Bug tickets, new feature requests, etc.) in order to continuously improve candidate experience and our Kenjo software Maintaining, developing and implementing cross-departmental initiatives & projects (e.g. Automatisation of processes, Implementation team Hiring Plan, CX Marketing collaboration, etc.) Monitor and improve customer success KPIs, and work together with the Customer Support team to help them improve processes and scalability Owning the relationship with your customers and always having an eye on their interests Implementation of guided onboardings in the SME sector, providing excellent user experiences and service to clients Can you be the next Kenjonita? To be successful at this position, we think you should be/ have: As for languages, the position requires a high level of English AND a native level of German and Dutch 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Account or Project management area Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking: Be professional and friendly A strong work ethic: commit to quality and deliver without supervision A knack for explaining tech to non-tech people An unwavering positive attitude and a love for helping others succeed A natural problem solver, who can think under pressure and flourishes in a fast-paced environment A healthy sense of humor Other nice-to-have: Experience in the IT / SaaS industry or HR sector Find creative problem solving fulfilling & challenging Out-of-the-box thinking (Almost) convinced?
