I'm currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a international M&E contractor on a major data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany.
This is an opportunity to take a leading role on a large-scale project, overseeing electrical construction activities and managing site teams to ensure the successful delivery of the works.
Package
- Salary: Negotiable, north of 6 figures

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site electrical construction activities from start to completion.
- Manage Site Managers, Supervisors, Foremen and subcontractors.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor progress, productivity and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and site logistics.
- Oversee installation quality, testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and other contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks, providing regular progress updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Qualified Electrical Trade background.
- Experience in electrical or M&E construction and site management.
- Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial or similarly complex construction projects.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good commercial awareness and a solid understanding of project delivery.
