MEP Lead

We are currently looking for an experienced Country MEP Lead to take responsibility for MEP delivery across major Data Centre projects in Germany.

This is a senior leadership position for an MEP professional with a strong Data Centre background and proven experience leading large MEP teams across complex projects. The role will have responsibility across multiple projects and/or a wider regional operation, working closely with senior project and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall MEP leadership responsibility across major Data Centre projects in Germany.
• Lead, develop and manage MEP teams across multiple projects.
• Oversee the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, Commercial and Engineering teams to drive successful project delivery.
• Provide technical and strategic MEP leadership across the wider German operation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure MEP works are delivered safely, to programme, budget and required quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical, programme and delivery issues.
• Support the mobilisation and development of MEP teams as projects progress.

About You

We are looking for someone operating at a senior MEP leadership level with:

• Previous experience working for a major General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing and leading MEP teams.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects or a wider regional operation.
• Strong understanding of complex MEP delivery within the Data Centre sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• German language skills are not required.
