Published September 7, 2026 Location Frankfurt am Main, Germany Category International Job Type PermanentReference DBUTHSEFNK0709 Salary Competitive Start date 2026-09-07 Contact Name Dave Butler Contact Email apply.a4ljw55mk235@aptrack.co.uk DescriptionHSE Lead x2 | Major Data Centre | Frankfurt | 85–100k + 10–20k Allowance | RotationWe are currently recruiting for 2 x HSE Leads to join a major international contractor on a large-scale data centre construction project in Frankfurt.This is a site-based leadership position, with responsibility for overseeing HSE performance across the project and acting as a key point of contact between the contractor, client and wider project team.The OpportunityYou’ll be responsible for leading HSE from a site level, driving standards, compliance and continuous improvement across a major data centre build.This would suit an experienced HSE professional who has already worked on large-scale data centre projects for a main contractor and is comfortable operating at a senior site level with significant client interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all HSE activities across the project siteDevelop, implement and maintain project HSE standards and proceduresEnsure compliance with German legislation, project requirements and client standardsProvide visible HSE leadership across the siteManage and monitor HSE performance of subcontractors and site teamsConduct inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigationsDrive proactive safety initiatives and continuous improvementWork closely with project management and construction teamsAct as a key HSE liaison with the client and other project stakeholdersReport on HSE performance, trends, risks and corrective actionsPromote a strong safety culture throughout the projectAbout YouWe are looking for candidates with:Proven HSE experience within the data centre sector – essentialMain contractor background – essentialExperience leading HSE at site/project levelStrong knowledge of construction HSE practicesExperience working with major subcontractors and project stakeholdersExcellent communication and client-facing skillsAbility to operate confidently within a fast-paced, high-pressure construction environmentExperience working with UK or Irish main contractors would be highly advantageous, although this is not essential.Package?? 85,000–100,000 basic salary?? 10,000–20,000 allowance??
