Overview
In this role, you will join Frankfurt's commercial team to support major substation and power infrastructure projects for hyperscale data centres. You will gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while growing your commercial, contractual and technical knowledge. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support the commercial management of major substation and power infrastructure projects.
- Assist with subcontract administration, valuations and variations.
- Prepare and maintain cost reports and commercial documentation.
- Support procurement activities and subcontractor engagement.
- Assist with change management and contractual administration.
- Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with project delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
- Ensure compliance with company commercial procedures and contractual obligations.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Graduate Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience with contractor, specialist subcontractor, engineering company or consultancy.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline.
