This position reports directly to the Area Managing Director Central Europe and is a member of the Central Europe Leadership Team (CELT).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Marketing Strategy and Brand Activation in a 14-country cluster of Central Europe, including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Baltics, and Iceland.
- Define portfolio strategy and allocate resources across the entire Kenvue portfolio, representing nearly $1B USD in annual revenue, and adjust as needed to meet KPIs such as NTS, GP, IBT, and Market Share.
- Manage a direct reporting team of approximately 60 marketing employees across 6 squads and a professional marketing team based in Neuss, Germany, ensuring consistency in execution across markets.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to support and implement squad plans through the Customer organization and wider Kenvue organization.
- Maintain a strong external focus and a relentless pursuit of execution excellence.
- Balance short-term results with long-term strategic goals to maximize organizational performance.

- Coach and develop direct reports to support their personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- At least 15 years of extensive professional experience in operational and strategic marketing within the FMCG sector, ideally with experience in both Mass CPG and OTC drugs categories.
- Holistic understanding of business management, including P&L impacts and managing complexity.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing cultures and talent pipelines.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work across functions and influence outcomes.
- Solid financial and operational understanding.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience leading through influence and resolving conflicts.
- Experience in developing new products and communication channels, including TV, print, and digital media.
- Ability to handle organizational complexity, especially in matrix organizations.
- Experience in local and global marketing organizations internationally is preferred.
- Experience managing sales teams in pharmacy, grocery, or e-commerce channels is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional local languages are advantageous.
