Kenvue is currently recruiting for:
Senior Supply Chain Finance Analyst, Central Europe (f/m/d)
This position can be based in Neuss, Germany or Prague, Czechia (hybrid).
What will you do
Key Responsibilities
- The Supply Chain and Deliver Senior Finance Analyst partners with the Cluster In-Market Supply Chain organization to provide financial analysis and support and acts as the direct business partner for In-Market Supply Chain Director, as well as the entire Cluster Affiliate Plan and Deliver Organization, including Instore Customization. This role provides finance analytics and support to Regional SC BUF and Deliver Finance teams. The role analytically supports management of OCNIS and Distribution lines in P&L and ensures compliance with Kenvue’s Internal Procedures.
- Pro-actively understand and provide insights on trends, opportunities and challenges that drive efficiency and compliance within OCNIS and distribution cost
- Develop timely and actionable information for annual and quarterly forecasts, coordinate business plan development and input, analyze and comment on actual results:
- Coordinate Target adjustments
- Drive Bottom up cost center planning for DELIVER and align with COE FP&A
- Develop and evaluate planning scenarios for OCNIS, Deliver costs (Stock & Shipping/ Transportation/ Customer Service) and Headcount
- Forecast Upside Downside and Latest Thinking
- Budget development and support for SC and Deliver
- Management deck preparation and review
- Provide insightful analysis and commentary to actual business results, turning insights into foresights applicable to future results:
- Analyze and follow-up of Actual vs. Budget performance of OCNIS, distribution cost (Stock & Shipping/ Transportation/ Customer Service) and Headcount. Support with GP Bridge analytics
- Support and challenge In-Market Supply Chain teams to increase efficiencies
- Support SLOB and write off reduction and Co-Pack efficiency
- Support DELIVER CIP calculation and PLANISWARE approval. Manage green point and other fees, local taxes etc. in OCNIS. Support strategic discussions around SLOB avoidance, Co-Pack Strategy and Resource Allocation
- Effectively partner with Regional Supply Chain BUF and Deliver Finance organizations
- Provide insightful finance analytics to Regional SC and Deliver Finance teams
- Support the adoption of regional finance best practices in Cluster
- Perform Ad-Hoc SC, MAKE and Deliver analytics
- Provide support to HO CLS hosting model
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- University Degree in Business/Economics or similar (University/University of Applied Sciences)
- 4-6 years of working experience in Finance supporting commercial/supply chain organization
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a business oriented Finance function
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in Sales/Marketing/Supply Chain controlling in FMCG or OTC sector preferred
- Ability to develop strong partnership at all levels across the organization with an ability to operate successfully in a highly matrixed multi country environment
- Demonstrates business acumen and the ability to analyze complex financial problems, identify innovative solutions and explain these to a non-finance audience in an easy to understand way
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under time pressure, manage multiple priorities and react to fast-paced business requirements
- Continuous process improvement and problem-solving mindset
