Overview
In this role, you will promote brand engagement and loyalty among Top Clients and VIPs to support store business goals. You will represent the brand as a proactive sales professional, ensuring compliance with HQ procedures and effective store leadership. You will lead on the sales floor to deepen VIP relationships, supervise customer-focused selling, and keep the team aligned with fashion trends. You will foster a positive work environment and uphold the brand’s qualitative standards, contributing to the store’s success in Zurich.

- Promote brand engagement with Top Clients and VIPs to achieve store goals
- Represent the brand and ensure adherence to HQ procedures while managing store staff
- Demonstrate on-floor sales leadership and oversee VIC/VIP relationships
- Supervise sales to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
- Stay informed about market and fashion trends
- Create a positive work environment and uphold qualitative brand standards
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University graduate (preferred) with at least 6 years in retail sales/store operations
- At least 2 years in supervisory/managerial role
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail
- Strong focus on customer experience and loyalty
