- Your responsibilities
- Independent processing of ongoing financial accounting.
- Account assignment and booking of business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, banks, and general ledgers.
- Digital invoice processing and document management with
- Docu Ware
- Execution of payment transactions as well as dunning processes and monitoring of open items.
- Account reconciliation and participation in cost center accounting and business evaluations.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in cooperation with our tax advisor.
- Support with payroll accounting as well as communication with customers, suppliers, banks, and authorities.
- Involvement in the further development and digitalization of our commercial processes.
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on financial accounting or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in financial accounting is an advantage.
