Wanted: Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

We are looking to expand our production capacity and are seeking machine and plant operators (m/f/d) with experience in industrial processing equipment. Career changers from other industries are welcome. Several positions are currently available.

We are also happy to support you with relocating to our region.

Your responsibilities

• You work on modern machines in a two- or three-shift system (rotating shifts).
• You set up machines for postpress processing and monitor production.
• You carry out inspections and quality assurance measures.
• You perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Career changers from other industries are welcome: you will receive intensive training and onboarding on our machines and systems.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator in an industrial environment, ideally in the paper converting industry.
• Ideally, you already have experience working with machines in print finishing (perfect binders, saddle stitchers).
• You have a strong quality mindset.
• You take responsibility and are characterized by flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills, and you work in a goal-oriented manner with economic and ecological awareness.
