We urgently need support for our team in the area of site management in the Leipzig region. As a site manager (m/f/d), you are the link between cleaning staff, the customer, and headquarters. You organize employees and respond flexibly to customer requirements and wishes. In return, you work independently, results-oriented, and always as part of our team!

Your Tasks Include
- Personnel deployment planning (control and disposition) of individual properties is your responsibility
- Ordering and providing materials and cleaning agents
- Quality controls at properties
- Personnel management and performance recording of your employees as well as preparation of payroll
- You are the contact person for employees and customers in the area of maintenance cleaning
- You ensure compliance and monitoring of hygienic and qualitative, contractually agreed specifications
- You are responsible for training and educating employees

- You already have professional experience as a site manager or in comparable activities
- We require possession of a class B driver's license
- You speak German fluently in speaking and writing
