As a Restaurant manager, you will be leading the Front of House team to achieve customer excellence satisfaction, and act as the main host, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience through impeccable service and genuine hospitality. Requirements What we are looking for: A hands-on leader who thrives in a luxury environment. Exceptional attention to detail and an intuitive understanding of the expectations of an exclusive international clientele. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop, motivate, and manage a team to very high standards. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or leadership role in a fine dining restaurant or similar setting.
