Job Summary:We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Receptionist to join our client’s team in Zurich. As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and colleagues, you will play a vital role in representing the company and ensuring smooth daily office operations. This role requires fluency in German and English, excellent communication skills, and a polished, welcoming demeanor.Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and staffAnswer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient mannerHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence (post, emails, courier services)Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception areaManage meeting room bookings and support coordination of internal eventsMonitor office supplies and place orders when neededAssist with travel bookings, expense reports, and other administrative tasksLiaise with service providers (cleaning, facility maintenance, etc.) Requirements: Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV) or similar qualificationProven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within the banking industryExperience in an international or multilingual work environment.Fluency in German and English additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French, or Italian) are a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWell-groomed appearance and professional attitudeProficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipmentAbility to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
