About The Role
Comprising of KEVIN.MURPHY, KMV, Kevin Murphy Germany ,BEAUTYSCOPE and SHOWPONY. Sold in over 65 countries and with a global workforce of over 250 passionate team members.
This role is under our premium hair extension brand - Kevin Murphy Germany and we are actively searching for our next Marketing Manager on a Full-Time basis.
Job Title: Marketing Manager
MARKETING MANAGER
SHAPE THE HAIRDRESSING BUSINESS WITH US BY
- Developing and implementing operational marketing plans
- Optimizing marketing campaigns for better targeting and personalization
- Cross-functional collaboration between sales, education and international teams
- Initiating and monitoring lead generation strategies
- Traffic generation via paid performance marketing channels (display advertising and social media advertising)
- Supporting PR initiatives to improve visibility and brand awareness
- Analysis of KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify potential for improvement
- Sense for industry trends to continuously innovate and optimize marketing strategies
WITH THESE SKILLS YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE WITH US:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in consumer goods or a related industry
- Experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, competent use of MS Office and Adobe programmes
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is an advantage
