Workday Functional Analyst – Remote in Germany

A highly successful Mittelstand employer active in 30+ countries and HQ’d in the Stuttgart area is seeking to expand their HRIS function with the addition of an experienced Workday Functional Analyst. Within a highly skilled HR team, you will be recognized as one of a small number of Workday and HRIS experts with responsibility for projects, support, systems configuration, and reporting.
This family-owned enterprise is live with Workday HCM after migrating from SAP since 2020. Live modules are Core HCM, Rec, Absence, Talent, Performance, and Learning.
This role is offered as a largely remote working opportunity provided the successful applicant can travel to Stuttgart for occasional meetings and onboarding. The package offered is up to approximately €90,000 gross annual salary plus benefits.
Workday Functional Analyst – Required Profile:
- Detailed functional Workday skills including configuration of Core HCM and at least one other live module
- Flexibility to contribute across Workday support, configuration, reporting, and project work
- A skilled home worker able to work with autonomy
- SAP knowledge is an advantage (not essential) as there will be occasional SAP HCM duties on legacy systems
- Conversational German skills are required
