Senior SuccessFactors Consultant

Keylime are supporting a global professional services firm that is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join their expanding HR technology Practice. This role involves working on HR transformation projects, focusing on the design and implementation of SuccessFactors solutions to meet clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting multiple SAP Customers with the implementation of different SuccessFactors modules
2. Taking part in new SuccessFactors implementations, as well as supporting optimisation projects for Customers that are already live
3. End-to-end process management, from gathering client requirements to designing solutions, configuring the system, testing, go-live and post-deployment support
4. Analyse existing HR processes and design solutions in collaboration with HR representatives and colleagues from different workstreams
5. Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders
6. Build and maintain professional relationships to uncover new opportunities

Requirements:

1. Previous SuccessFactors consulting experience, with at least one end-to-end implementation project
2. Existing SuccessFactors certifications are a strong plus
3. Ability to configure at least two SuccessFactors modules (EC preferred)
4. Good understanding of IT landscapes and how SuccessFactors is integrated with other technologies
5. Strong analytical skills to dissect complex problems and deliver impactful solutions
6. Proficiency in English, along with French or German (Swiss German is a plus)
7. A team player who can take initiative and effectively handle responsibility when required
